New walls car wash OK Son en Breugel

The Cleanbuild assembly team was commissioned by OK Oliecentrale to set to work in Son en Breugel. The washrooms at the OK Son Oost petrol station were given a complete makeover and Cleanbuild supplied and installed new wall covering. We also used our white Cleanpanel panels to create an attractive covering for the steps.

New washroom walls

The OK Son Oost petrol station, formerly known as Schimmel Tankstations, has undergone a major renovation. Two new machines have been installed in the rollover room and the floor and wall coverings have been replaced. The floor and the walls of the wash bay were also renovated. For the walls, we chose our low-maintenance, white Cleanpanel panels. This is a great improvement: the old tile walls were almost impossible to clean. The Cleanpanel panels have solved that problem. These PVC panels are rock-hard and super smooth, so that dirt cannot adhere to the surface.

Plastic panels for casing

The pipework in the wash bay comes together on a platform. During the renovation, the platform was neatly finished with a casing of Cleanpanel panels. Cleandoor stainless steel doors, which are placed in a frame of steel beams, ensure that the equipment remains easily accessible. Thanks to the casing, the platform has been given a totally different look!

Watertight connection

The new Cleanpanel panels are placed directly against the old tile wall, which saves a lot of time during assembly. A coating was applied to the old tiles up to twenty centimetres above the floor and the wall panels were placed at a height of five centimetres. This creates a watertight connection between the floor and the wall, which is easy to clean.

During the renovation, the pipes were also neatly concealed behind the new wall. To do this, the panels were placed a little further away from the existing wall, so that the condensation that comes from the pipes can run off.
