In areas where food is handled, the importance of hygiene speaks for itself. For Next Gen Foods’ new testing and development site, Cleanbuild therefore clad the walls and ceilings with hygienic Cleanpanel panels.

Next Gen Foods develops vegetable chicken, TiNDLE. The newly clad site in the Netherlands is used for testing and developing plant-based meat substitutes. The production site has very high walls; something Cleanpanel is ideally suited to. This is because the plastic panels are produced to length, so large heights are no problem at all. The click system between the panels ensures a strong connection and a hygienic seal.

Wall cladding in rental premises

The test site is in a multi-tenant business building, where Next Gen Foods rents a space. The advantage of Cleanpanel panels in rental premises is that the panels can easily be mounted in front of existing walls. Thus, walls and ceilings can easily be fitted with hygienic cladding, without the need for large-scale refurbishment.

Guidance from A to Z

On this project, our installation team also installed a Cleanandoor plastic door. These doors fit in nicely with the Cleanpanel panel system and are just as easy to keep clean. Our fitters neatly finished the walls and ceiling with the corresponding plastic profiles. So we like to provide a total solution: production, delivery & assembly perfectly arranged.
