New carwash CarPro in Best

Brand new and ultramodern – the new CarPro location in Best is an asset to the region. In an energy-neutral, newly built building on the ‘t Zand industrial estate, CarPro realised its fourth car wash location. The walls around the chain car wash are covered with hygienic Cleanpanel panels, which were installed by our assembly team.

Attention to the environment

CarPro’s new location is in a completely new, energy-neutral building. The electricity required comes from solar panels and the water system is also environmentally friendly. 90% of the water used in the car wash can be purified and reused. Thanks to a biodegradable shampoo, (much) fewer chemicals end up in the waste water as well.*

Cleanpanel plastic panels lend themselves very well to carwashes that pay extra attention to environmental friendliness. The material of the panels, hard PVC, is particularly long-lasting and easy to clean. As a result, no harsh cleaning agents are needed to wash the walls and ceilings.

High ceiling, high panels

The ceiling in the car wash is no less than eight metres high. This was no problem for us; we produce the Cleanpanel panels directly to the right length. Even very high walls can thus be covered with whole panels, without the need for a seam in the middle of the wall. To create a tight fit, the entire wall is first filled out in front of the steel trusses.

For a watertight connection of the panels to the floor, the floor coating was smeared against the wall in a curve. The plastic panels were then mounted, suspended some 45 mm above the ground. This creates a watertight ‘bowl’ of floor coating and dirt coming off the walls can be easily sprayed away.
