New Integrated Hall for Binz, Ilmenau, Germany

BINZ Automotive GmbH in Ilmenau, Thuringian Forest, Germany, is one of the leading companies in the field of special vehicles, providing solutions and services for rescue and mobility applications. Whether for ambulances, fire brigades, police or mobile medical technology, they build innovative special vehicles of the highest quality.

Integrated hall

BINZ has a large hall in which a separate smaller hall was to be built. This smaller hall is a compartment in which the vehicles are prepared one last time for handover to the police, fire brigade or hospital. Cleanbuild carried out the entire project from start to finish. We designed a metal structure which was assembled directly at the customer’s premises within two working days with the help of our metalworker.

Cleanbuild’s fitters then clad the walls and ceiling, as well as all recesses, with CleanPanel. This was completed within three days, meaning that the entire structure was fully operational within five working days. This was already the second project that Cleanbuild had completed to Binz’s complete satisfaction.
