Van Leeuwen Autocenter Waddinxveen ready for new Rollover car wash

Van Leeuwen Autocenter in Waddinxveen recently took a significant step forward in modernising its washing facilities. Two existing wash bays were merged and completely renovated to create a single, spacious, future-proof rollover wash bay.

Smart redesign and expansion

The left-hand wash bay is connected to the garage, improving internal routing and enabling more efficient working. The right-hand wash bay has been extended to no less than 10 metres, with a separate technical room for the installations behind it. This smart layout ensures optimal use of the available space.

Commissioned by Arco Metaal, new steel uprights and beams were installed on the left-hand side and at the rear, finished with sandwich panels on the outside. In addition, the floor and wash pit were adapted to the new situation.

Sustainable interior finish with Cleanpanel

Cleanbuild provided the high-quality interior finish. We installed our sustainable Cleanpanel systems on the inside of the steel structure. These panels are ideal for damp and intensively used environments such as car washes: hygienic, impact-resistant, low-maintenance and resistant to chemical exposure.

Cleandoor plastic door as a smart partition

A Cleandoor plastic door has been installed at the front as a passageway from the car wash to the garage. This door has been specially developed for wet and corrosive environments and combines a long service life with ease of use and a sleek appearance. The space has also been fitted with a new epoxy floor, creating a strong, liquid-tight and easy-to-clean base, which is essential for a professional washing environment. A new Rollover machine will be installed in the coming weeks. We are curious to see which brand will complete our modern washing area!
