Indoor car wash

Building a car wash in an existing hall? Of course that’s possible! For ABS Autoherstel Buntsma from Alphen aan den Rijn, we realized a roll-over area with Cleanpanel walls, including the required steel construction.

The hall in Alphen aan den Rijn had been used by the car body repair company for quite some time. The new roll-over car wash offers the possibility to wash the repaired cars indoors. Ideal! With Cleanpanel plastic panels in combination with steel construction, such an indoor car wash is affordable and easy to realize. The panels are mounted directly onto the steel and form a self-supporting wall. Thanks to the unique click system with rubber sealing, the entire structure is watertight, strong, and quick to install. This is also very convenient in a hall that is fully operational.

Plastic windows have also been installed in the car wash walls, allowing a view from the garage into the wash area. These Cleanwindow plastic windows are specially developed for use in plastic walls. This makes them easy to install and results in a watertight and low-maintenance solution.

The car wash is closed off with new overhead doors. These do not run into the roll-over area but roll along the ceiling of the garage. This allows optimal use of the space in the car wash. The doors were installed by JM Deuren from Alphen aan den Rijn. The new roll-over washing machine is from Istobal.
