Cleanprofile plastic profiles are the perfect way to get the most out of the Cleanpanel panel system. Our profiles are made of the same high-quality material as the panels, so they match each other perfectly in colour and quality. BENEFITS OF PLASTIC PROFILES
With plastic profiles you can finish the joints neatly. This not only looks neat, but also makes the walls and ceilings easier to maintain.
The installation of Cleanprofile plastic profiles is easy. The finishing profiles can be attached to the construction on the back using sealant and stainless-steel screws. You can use waterproof tape to seal the seams between the profiles. Thanks to our different types of PVC profiles, there is always a profile that fits, even in the most difficult corners.
Just like the Cleanpanel panels, our Cleanprofile plastic profiles are made of solid PVC. This gives the profiles a smooth surface, where dirt can hardly attach. Therefore, the profiles require little maintenance and are quick and easy to clean.
Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the profiles are solid and impact-resistant. Moreover, the material is resistant to the most common corrosive substances in cleaning and disinfecting agents. As a result, the plastic profiles remain smooth and even, making them easy to clean for a long time.
It is obviously best if the colour and look of the finishing profiles match exactly with the wall-/ceiling cladding. We therefore developed matching Cleanprofile profiles, that perfectly match the panels in colour and quality for the finishing of Cleanpanel panels.
OUR PRODUCT RANGE OF PLASTIC PROFILES
Plastic profiles are used for the finishing walls, ceilings, plastic frames and plastic doors. The profiles facilitate the installation of our plastic panels. Once the plastic profiles have been installed, the Cleanpanel or FI-RE panels can easily be slid into the profiles. Besides the U and L-shaped profiles for mounting the panels, Cleanbuild also has a window sill profile for finishing the Cleanwindow.
DIFFERENT TYPES OF PLASTIC PROFILES
Plastic profiles are used for the finishing of walls, ceilings, windows and doors, among others. In most situations, an unequal U-shaped profile is used in which the panels are fitted. The front side of this profile is shorter than the back side, so that you can easily place the panels in the profile. Corner profiles (L-shaped profiles) are available for more difficult corners and diverted situations. Cleanwindow PVC windows can have a window sill profile finishing. This profile gives depth to the window and provides additional insulation.

This panel has remarkable features, which make it possible to achieve a high degree of hygiene and ease of cleaning. The double-sided rubber sealing, for example, is unique to our product. But also the composition of the material (solid PVC), the extra smooth finish and strong joints in the core are unique to Cleanpanel.
