Roll over BMW/Mini Gorinchem (NL)

For BMW/Mini Bergwerff in Gorinchem, we covered the rollover area with plastic panels. We carried out this project in cooperation with JML Bouw.

JML made the car wash longer at the back. Cleanbuild engineers then clad the front and underside of this extension. We also fitted the other walls in the washing area. The steel uprights were also neatly included in this process.

The new Christ AG machine can run at full capacity in a fresh washroom!

Technical cabinet and office

At a later stage of this project, Cleanbuild built another technical cabinet and an office for the BMW garage. The technical cabinet is made with Cleanpanel panels and encloses the car wash machinery. Because the machinery produces a lot of noise, the technical cabinet is lined on the inside with PIR insulation. As a result, the cabinet dampens noise. The equipment is easily accessible through the Cleardoor plastic door, with a height of 1000 mm. The engineers also installed a removable compartment on the left-hand side of the cabinet, so that the machines can be easily refilled.

On the adjacent mezzanine, our fitters created an office for the workshop manager. They installed steel uprights, with a wooden support structure above them to fit the plastic panels between. The office is built from Cleanpanel plastic panels and includes plastic windows and a plastic door, also from Cleanbuild.
