If something goes wrong in food processing companies, food safety may be compromised. In order to avoid such a risk as much as possible, these organisations have to describe in a plan what possible hazards there could be and how they can be countered. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is the system used to draw up these plans. As a brewer, you can draw up an HACCP plan yourself, but you can also use the Hygiene Code for Breweries. The Hygiene Code is in fact a ready-made HACCP plan for beer breweries, drawn up by the trade association. One of the sections in the Hygiene Code refers to the design and cleaning of the work and production area. Our Cleanbuild products may help to meet these requirements.

Therefore, in collaboration with the plastics industry, we developed the Cleanpanel panel. This panel has remarkable features, which make it possible to achieve a high degree of hygiene and ease of cleaning. The double-sided rubber sealing, for example, is unique to our product. But also the composition of the material (solid PVC), the extra smooth finish and strong joints in the core are unique to Cleanpanel. It is a sophisticated product, that is suitable for many applications.
